Salt and pepper the pork shoulder to taste and place in slow cooker fat cap up.
Quarter and onion and add to slow cooker.
Dump in a can of chipotle peppers in adobo sauce.
Pour in a can of cherry cola and the chicken stock/broth.
Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or on high for 6 to 8 hours.
When done, pork should be fork tender and pull apart easily.
It can be used for multiple meals like pulled pork sandwiches or topping for baked potatoes or nachos.
